President Mike Nethersole offers extensive construction and business expertise. Mike began his construction career in 1976 in the San Diego area, and is currently licensed in both California and Nevada. Having a great love for the Tahoe region, Mike relocated his business to Truckee in 1997, where he has since relished the challenges and rewards of fine custom homebuilding in the mountains. Mike was awarded "Builder of the Year" for 2005 by the Contractors Association of Tahoe Truckee. He is in constant communication with his clients, and acts as their primary contact.

As a fully integrated design/build firm, M.D. Construction can guide customers through all phases of the construction process, including purchasing land, obtaining permits, designing a plan within their financial capabilities, scheduling subcontractors and assisting in the selection of materials.
